Powder Tech, Inc. has worked very closely with semi-conductor manufacturing architecture and design teams over many years to develop powder coating specifications for various service environments. This collaboration includes the development of powder coating specifications, quality control standards, inspection criteria, and final packaging requirements for steel delivery to the Fab.

 

PTI then coordinates with steel fabricators and contractors to apply powder coating to exact standards on a timely & aggressive schedule. Over many years of work and thousands of shipments to manufacturers, PTI has never missed a shipment date or had a quality failure of any kind.
